The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail all stand out, but the level of service is what really makes this place incredible. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. Every visit feels special, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend.”

They even went out of their way to help celebrate my husband and me when noticing we were pregnant by surprising us with a cute mocktail. Very thoughtful management! “At $75 per person, I expected a culinary experience that fully justified the premium price point, especially for the Easton area. The service, however, was genuinely exceptional and easily earned a 20% tip; the staff proactively refilled water and struck up natural, engaging conversations while clearing plates to ensure seamless transitions between courses. The meal also had some undeniable highlights, with the samuna, hummus, salata, roasted beets with whipped goat cheese, and halloumi all proving to be delicious and well-executed starters. Unfortunately, the main courses and seafood missed the mark. The broiled oysters were overwhelmingly salty, and the addition of cheese masked the natural flavor rather than elevating it. The traditional braised lamb shoulder was surprisingly sweet, which clashed with the savory profile expected from lamb, while the Albanian baked rice—despite featuring fresh lobster—was extremely heavy, thick, and excessively salty, making it difficult to finish. The meal did end on a high note with a wonderfully balanced dessert featuring passionfruit and coconut cream. It was perfectly sweetened, allowing the vibrant, natural flavors of the fruit and coconut to shine without feeling heavy or overbearing. Ultimately, while the front-of-house staff was phenomenal and the starters and dessert were fantastic, the significant missteps with the main courses and the kitchen oversight make it hard to justify the high cost of the meal.”
