From the first consultation to the final check, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. The design was exactly what we were looking for. The front door and storm door look fantastic—sturdy, beautifully finished, and a real upgrade to the curb appeal of our home. The bay window is equally impressive; it is a definite upgrade- windows that actually function, and still a spot for the cats to watch the birds. The installers worked efficiently and took pride in their craftsmanship. They made sure everything was perfectly sealed and aligned. Communication throughout the project was excellent. I always knew what to expect and when, and any questions or issues we had were answered quickly. The project was even done ahead of schedule! Overall, I highly recommend Green Eco Solutions to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service. We're thrilled with the results and we are using them to have windows and an interior door replaced.”

“Im giving it a 3 because the communication from the main office was absolutely horrible. Elias came out to do the consult for roof and windows, he was great, was up front and personable about everything. Next, they sent Mike F out to take measurements for the windows, he was great, professional and went above and beyond to ensure his higher management knew the roof was leaking and needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Then here comes my issue, despite Mike telling his upper management that, it was about a week later and I STILL didnt have any answers or updates on when the roof would be completed, so I messaged Lauren who had a "manager" call me, and let me tell you, Dorothy the "manager" was by far the absolute most miserable person ive ever dealt with. From the second i called her back she was nothing but rude, condescending, and made sure to make me feel like a poor piece of shit for having to finance this project. Saying things like "what do you want me to do about it" "we only went out of our way to help you because your dad was a prior customer" "there's nothing I can do about it" "its not my fault this is how you chose to pay and this is where we're at" I have never felt so berated and disrespected in my life especially for a company that I was in the long run paying 32k for a new roof and windows. And I only stuck with them to complete the project because I already signed the contract. I asked Dorothy to have the owner call me so i could discuss not only the timeliness with him, but also how she just treated me, and Dorothy refused to have him call me and told me "he wont be calling you, he'll make me do it" so I told her she was doing a poor job with customer service, that as a paying customer I had every right to be upset with the lack of communication and hung up on her. At that time, Lauren called me back and apologized for Dorothys behavior and lack of professionalism. And opted to be my point of contact going forward. Lauren was very polite, informative and professional. I wasnt there at the time of the roof install, but the guys did great with it, and cleaned everything up great. Mike G and Owen installed the windows, they were awesome, friendly, personable and great mannerisms.”

“Mike was on time and was very knowledgeable. He had a lot of good insights, including noting that he had to move the drain and the faucet and the shower head 5 in because we were shortening the space. He also gave great advice about the other bathroom that I need to do, keeping it a bathtub and not just a straight shower for resale value. I enjoyed our visit”

“Had them come out to completely remodel our bathroom and it honestly came out wonderful. The install crew was kind and installed a New shower, window's and a complete teardown of the walls and floors. Now the reason the reason we didn't give 5 stars was that we had a bad experience with the salesman who made us a bunch of promises and didn't include them in the contract. After calling back and forth for days, we had the contract amended twice and while we did get what we were promised it left a bad taste in our mouth. The price we paid was definitely on the higher end but overall we're happy with the bathroom”

“At best, my experience was ROUGH with this company. From the get go, salesman was not truthful about the process and it got progressively worse from there. Horrible craftsmanship, water leak under the tub, damage to my existing paint, left a mess of debris in my bathroom & driveway and more. After 3 MONTHS of waiting to finally have a completed and acceptable bathroom, missing work multiple days to have multiple “sketchy” subcontractors come out to my house to fix these issues, I was told that me expecting a discount more than $250 was “laughable” and that “we don’t pay for inconvenience”. After being yelled at on the phone for 15+ min, the owner agreed to offer a $500 discount for this mess. I can’t speak to this company on their windows/doors but, as far as bathrooms, I would stay far away! Two stars because I guess a $500 discount is better than nothing and or court costs! DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU ALL WORK IS IN HOUSE, THEY USE SUBCONTRACTORS WHO SEEM TO DO SUB PAR WORK!”
